I have many fond memories of summer trips to sleepy little beach towns, where stopping into an old-fashioned candy shop to get a thick slab of sickeningly sweet fudge was a requisite activity. But while the butter- and sugar-laden version of my childhood makes a great vacation treat, it’s not really cut out for everyday consumption.

That’s where this four-ingredient peanut butter fudge comes in.

With just four ingredients — natural peanut butter, coconut oil, honey, and sea salt — you can have rich, melt-in-your-mouth fudge whenever the craving strikes.

All you have to do is mix the ingredients, pour them into a loaf pan, and let everything set in the freezer until firm. Then slice it up and — voila! — you have a dairy-, refined sugar-, and corn syrup-free version of fudge you can feel good about snacking on.
