Summer might not be prime baking season, as you likely don't want to turn on your oven more than you have to, but, given all the juicy fruit that's in abundance, we're not giving up all together! Those strawberries and stone fruit deserve to be baked into a cake and I'll crank up my AC just to do so. These simple recipes are so ripe for the season that they will have you doing the same.
