They're such an easy way to dress up an otherwise usual and mundane weeknight meal. Marinades will have you looking at, well, marinades in a whole new way.
Included with every marinade recipe are suggested uses for simple meals — grilled chicken, baked salmon, and the like — will full instructions for how long to marinade and how to prepare the final dish. Most marinades only require a handful of easy-to-find ingredients and a quick mix before they're ready to be used.
