After months of anticipation, Chip and Joanna Gaines have finally opened their new restaurant, Magnolia Table, in Waco, Texas.

According to Country Living, Magnolia Table finally opened its doors this weekend, and you'd know it was Joanna Gaines' design even if the menu didn't have the Gaines family's name all over it. The dining room is all white with extremely high ceilings decorated with the thick wood beams Joanna loves using in so many of her designs on Fixer Upper.

The restaurant shares its name with Joanna's debut cookbook, Magnolia Table, which is set to come out in just a couple months. If the restaurant's menu is anything to go by, that cookbook is going to be full of rich, classic comfort foods as homey, cozy, and recognizable as Joanna's shiplap walls.

The menu is broken down into beverages like coffee, sweet tea, and a local lemonade bottled in Waco. There's also a menu of fresh juice options that include some surprising options like a "fresh greens" with kale, celery, apple, parsley, and lime, and a "fresh face" combination of pomegranate, apple, lemon, and watermelon. There's even a juice flight, for anyone who wants to try all four juice combinations.

Joanna has a knack for making familiar, homey things that are somehow extremely trendy at the same time, and the menu really follows that aesthetic. Floral flavors are one of the top food trends of 2018, and Magnolia Table has lavender available as one of its default coffee add-ons, as well as a breakfast appetizer of lemon-lavender doughnut holes.

Somehow she's even made oatmeal sound ready for Instagram. At Magnolia Table, steel-cut oatmeal is served in a cast-iron skillet with fresh berries, a warm honey drizzle, and toasted pecans for $9.

The restaurant was designed primarily as a breakfast spot, because Chip is a big breakfast guy, but it's open for lunch, too, and the sandwiches sound pretty intense. "Aunt Mikey's" turkey sandwich is topped with Havarti cheese, cream cheese, heirloom tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, and sliced turkey for $11, while "Chip's" ham sandwich features sliced grilled ham, melted Cheddar, and two scrambled eggs on a croissant, with a side of house-made tater tots for $11.50.

Joanna recently revealed that pimiento cheese is one of her wild cravings (she's pregnant with her fifth baby) and it looks like she'll be able to satisfy that anytime she wants, thanks to the restaurant's 1919 Pimiento Cheese sandwich for $10.

Waco is a good place to find local food, and most of the meat, produce, and eggs at Magnolia Table are sourced locally. As Joanna Gaines revealed on Instagram recently, some of the restaurant's produce is grown in her own garden. Guests are encouraged to ask their server what might have come from her garden that day.

As Delish points out, the whole Gaines family became famous on Fixer Upper, and fans will definitely notice that every family member has a signature dish on the menu. In addition to Chip's croissant sandwich, Joanna has her signature buttermilk biscuits with either gravy ($11) or strawberry butter ($9), and the recipe for that will definitely be in her new cookbook. Emmie's signature is a grilled cheese sandwich on the kids' menu ($8), and Duke and Drake have their signature "Gaines Brothers" burger with Havarti, arugula, tomato, and either bacon onion jam or jalapeño jam on a brioche bun for $15.

Ella may have won the menu game, because her name is on a dessert called "Ella's Dipping Donuts," which is a plate of cinnamon powdered cake doughnut holes served with a warm chocolate dipping sauce for $8, and I'm definitely feeling an intense craving for fresh doughnuts just reading that. (And also the buttermilk biscuits with strawberry butter.)
